Another appeal success, this time in Brailsford, Derbyshire. Our work started in July 2015, on behalf of the landowner, a local farmer, who had the bravery to see the process through to a conclusion. We persuaded the Inspector that access on the A52, and pedestrian connections to the village’s facilities, could be acceptably provided.
