Working with Robert Doughty Consultancy we have helped gain planning consent for 38 dwellings on a site at Gosberton in the district of South Holland. The outline application was supported by our access design, with visibility splays determined by a speed survey.

We are delighted to report planning consent granted to Tungsten Properties for the 258,000sqft Super G employment unit at Glasshoughton near Wakefield. Our transport planning advice examined the differing traffic impacts on the local highway, including the nearby M62 junction, depending on whether the unit was occupied by B8, B2, or B1c users.

Despite officer’s recommendation for refusal, at the June committee meeting, Newark & Sherwood District Councillors resolved to grant a redevelopment of land at the existing Harrison’s car showroom on Southwell Road in Lowdham. Our transport advice supported the proposed convenience store, coffee shop and relocation of the Gonaldston Farm shop.
